Details:
Road Grader scratch built. Made from a variety of woods, primarily Yellowheart, Purpleheart, and Ebony. There is NO paint on this model....all natural wood colors. It's a large model, about 27" log, 12" tall and 11" wide. There are more than 650 pieces of wood in this mode, about 520 of which were turned on the lathe.  This model took about 200 hours to make over a 6 week period. There are many moveable components...wheels, doors, blade pivots and swivels.
